Viewings
If you find a property on our list that you wish to view contact us and we will book a convenient time for yourself to visit the property. Our staff can meet you at the property or can take you in one of our company viewing cars.
Taking a property
If you find a property with us we try our best to make the process as easy as possible for you. We do however have to collect and perform certain obligations for our landlords .We will do a credit reference and contact any referees that you supply us. Before we enter this process we ask for a holding deposit equivalent to fifty percent of the actual deposit on the property. This ensures the property can not be let to some one else. Once all the terms have been agreed and references completed we will draft an assured short hold tenancy agreement for a minimum of six months.
